Chocolate Caramel Cups

Love, love, love. Really, no better thing to celebrate.  And despite this crazy love holiday coming up, we are free to celebrate LOVE every single day! Don't be afraid to love, friends. I'm learning that it's truly time wasted to not let ourselves love fully. Love your friends, your family, your boss, everyone you cross paths with - regardless of the situation.  Most importantly, love yourself. Right now, as you are, the messy and the put together. It's all beautiful and it's all you.  I know it's hard sometimes, but it's one big reason we're here. To return to ourselves, with love, so that we can shine love out to others. Spicy Hot Chocolate

Mmmm I'm loving the cooler days. It's such a great time to slow down and practice more mindfulness. I've personally been spending more time alone and feeling more quiet - looking inward. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

It's pumpkin everything season!  I know how it goes. Holidays are approaching so you're about to throw all your healthy practices and rituals out the window. Right? I used to think that this is what HAD to happen because well, everyone else is doing it and how was I not gonna participate in the festivities?!  Truth is, we don't need to avoid the festivities, deprive ourselves, or feel crappy throughout the holidays. There are many ways to indulge and still feel amazing!  I love finding and creating awesome recipes that taste like heaven and are completely guilt-free and refined-everything free. The key is simply using whole and real ingredients. Nature is delicious!  Today, I was inspired to start off the holiday...

3 Ways to Stay Inspired During Fall

The cooler days are approaching and it's so easy to stay indoors, sleep in longer, and simply let go of our rituals that help us feel most alive. Not to mention the added stress from the holidays.  Our bodies thrive best when they flow with the seasons and it's up to us to adapt in a way that still helps our best selves shine through. Naturally, when it's cold and dark out, it's a time to nurture ourselves and preserve our energy until the spring. That said, it does not mean staying in and never moving our bodies or disregarding any activities that helps us feel nourished - physically, emotionally, and mentally.  The fall & winter seasons are a great opportunity...
